David joined Applied Economics in 2013. He has extensive experience leading economic and financial damages strategies across the firm’s intellectual property and energy matters. David has led projects in various fields, including telecommunication, electronics, semiconductors, medical devices, automotive, and oil and gas.
​
David received a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds the Certified Licensing Professional accreditation and is an avid golfer. Prior to joining Applied Economics, David worked in the Texas House of Representatives as Deputy Chief of Staff and Finance Director.
